These Terms and Conditions apply to all mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) created and published by Rasheed Ullah Khan (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as an ad-supported service.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Use of the Application
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Service Provider may also introduce new features, remove existing features, or change the functionality of the Application.
If the Application or any of its services becomes subject to a fee, the Service Provider will communicate applicable charges before requiring payment.

The Application may collect and process information that you provide or that is automatically collected when you use the Application.
The collection and use of personal information are described in the Application's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any access credentials associated with the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device. Such actions may compromise your device's security, expose it to malware or malicious software, and may cause the Application to malfunction or stop working properly.

The Service Provider does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for products, services, claims, or information presented by advertisers.
Your interaction with advertisements may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies provided by the relevant advertising service.
Internet Connection and Mobile Data
Certain features of the Application may require an active internet connection, which may be provided through Wi-Fi or your mobile network.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not functioning fully or correctly when you do not have access to an internet connection.
If you use the Application over a mobile network, your mobile network provider's terms and charges will continue to apply. You may incur charges for mobile data usage, messaging, roaming, or other services provided by your network operator.
You are responsible for all such charges.
If you are not the person responsible for paying the mobile service bill, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the bill payer to use the Application.
Device and Battery
You are responsible for ensuring that your device has sufficient battery power and remains in working condition while using the Application.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if you are unable to access or use the Application because your device has run out of battery power or is otherwise unavailable.
Accuracy and Third-Party Information
The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Application functional, useful, and up to date.
However, some information or functionality may rely on third-party services or sources.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that all information provided through the Application will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on information or functionality provided through third-party services.

The Application may receive updates from time to time to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or performance.
You agree to install and use updates when they are made available if you wish to continue using the Application properly.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that every future version of the Application will remain compatible with every device or operating system version.

Suspension and Termination
The Service Provider may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Application at any time if necessary, including where you violate these Terms and Conditions or where continued operation of the Application is no longer practical.
The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
Upon termination:
Your right to use the Application will immediately end.
You must stop using the Application.
You should delete the Application from your device if necessary.
Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will meet every user's individual requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses resulting from device problems, internet connectivity issues, third-party services, advertisements, data usage, or reliance on information provided through the Application.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page and the Effective Date will be updated accordingly.
You are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
Your continued use of the Application after updated Terms and Conditions have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable laws.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Application or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the relevant courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
